What’s in the package
- Your custom LED neon sign, designed and handmade in our workshop: any text, font and color.
- 4,7 m power cable: 2 m transparent cable from the panel to the transformer + 2,7 m black cable to the plug.

- Remote with dimmer: turn it on/off, adjust the intensity and choose from 5 lighting modes.
- Pre-drilled sign + the mounting system you chose, for easy installation on the wall or ceiling.
- 24-month warranty certificate.
Production & delivery: standard production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping via Sameday in 1–2 business days in Romania and via FedEx in 2–5 business days in the EU. We can also handle “urgent” orders. Let us know the deadline by which you want your order to arrive.
Custom products are paid in advance and are exempt from the 14-day right of return, in accordance with the legislation on made-to-order goods. Read what this means in plain terms → In exceptional cases cost differences may arise. You will receive the mock-up made by a designer and will be contacted for your approval before the work goes into production.
